Fit in for f..f...flee the epic struggle of misfits

@ingridlotze @gavinmoffat don’t like the term ‘misfits’, but it often feels that they are, as they don’t fit into the 20 - 35 year old ‘digital nomad’ definition. Neither do they fit into the retired-wealthy and touring the world space.

Alas, the world is not quite ready for a free-range working lifestyle, as the dominant message received from VISA requirements, insurances, medical aids and banks is: "Fit in or f*#k off."

Despite this, @7tshirtseach carved a new path through the dense forest of conventionality aiming to lead a rebellion against confining limitations. On some days however they yearned for the comfort of conformity and belonging. Can’t we have both?

Inspired by the Barbie and Ken craze, they embarked on a new journey, and created their own manifesto called the ‘funifesto’. The funifesto states that “The Feat Is In Finding The Adventure In Full (meaning everything)." {TF IF AF}

The TF IF AF adventure of doing it their way, whether or not it fits in, has become their superpower. Underneath the brave free-range lifestyle exterior, are just humans, finding a place in a world where they no longer care about the "fit in or f*#k off" dichotomy.

Let this be a lesson to all the misfits out there: * Embrace your quirks and dreams * Laugh at the obstacles and conformity * Dance to your own tune * Make sure you wear pink to go see the Barbie movie
