Can you tell which cable is which?

It's not that it's unsightly, although it is. It's not as if this method doesn’t work, because it seems to. It's just that I feel really sorry for the poor electricians that work on these cables.

My knowledge of electricity and how it should be safely delivered to your office and home is somewhat limited. What I do know is that on our travels there was so much perceived randomness in the way in which electrical cables were installed, connected and run from one place to another.

Some looked as though the householder had installed them, others like someone in a hurry did the job and many looked, well, not really installed at all.

This is an observation, not a criticism and seeing this kind of cabling throughout Phuket, India, Kathmandu and Laos always brought a wow to @ingridlotze and my day, a wow, this works, and we don’t know how.
