374 days a nomad

The end of the first year (374-odd days to be almost exact) of our nomad / work / lifestyle, has come to an end frighteningly quickly.

One minute we were selling our home, the next we were 6 months in and now, we’re heading back to South Africa.

A 3 ½ minute episode can’t do justice to what we’ve seen, experienced, the people we’ve met, the relationships we’ve forged, the resilience muscle we have worked hard on and the many, many ways in which we have grown.

It feels like we have said it so many times, and we have, we’re so grateful to have been able to spend the past year living like this. Truly, truly grateful.
