Insights into plants animals and humans in Kuala Lumpur Perdana Botanic Gardens

@ingridlotze @gavinmoffat love visiting Botanic gardens for a number of reasons including the beauty of the plant life, an insight into the natural features of a specific region, and the peaceful environment that gardens offer.

The added bonus is being able to observe the animals and humans in these settings - also in their own relaxed and natural state.

In Kuala Lumpur, the treat was watching an otter go about its business. This playful and agile creature could have kept us entertained for hours, but the grounds called us to walk further into the lovingly cared-for landscape.

Perdana Botanic Gardens is a popular tourist attraction in Kuala Lumpur, but it is the recreational facilities, including jogging paths, playgrounds, and picnic areas that bring in the locals. This is where our delight was ignited. Watching the photo shoots of students who were celebrating achievements and families gathered at picnics. This is where we catch a glimpse and gain an appreciation of the local people.
